Very fun! After the rubber infusion, I got stuck with one enemy left, who didn't appear to be anywhere on the map (though there's a chance I just couldn't find them.. o7) Are there any upgrades I missed?
Hah yeah i've had it happen, they can be sneaky! The upgrades are rubber, grenades, multishot (multiple bullets each time you fire), firerate and damage+recoil. :)

It's probably just hiding somewhere, maybe go onto the buildings to see if you can find it.
